Anxiety about Coronavirus - Covid 19/Coronavirus is natural.
Please take a moment to breathe.
Place your left hand on your heart connect with your heart beat, place your right hand just below your navel Inhale for 4 seconds very slowly.
Close your eyes
Exhale very slowly for for 5 seconds.
Take a few breaths at this pace then go to 5 seconds inhale- 6 seconds exhale.
Take a few breaths at this pace.
Then inhale for 6 seconds - exhale for 7 seconds. lay down on your bed - breathe down to the calming earth energy from the small of your back.
Continue until you feel yourself melting into your bed, peaceful. This time will pass and we will be back to normal life. Visualize that beautiful space, the beach, a sundrenched sunflower field, a place that made you feel safe.
It's hard for some people to relax into this breath, to let your jaw drop and release the tension in your face and body. That's why guidance is so important as many people have not breathed like this since they were 5 years old.
It's vital to go for a walk in the fresh air, feel the sun and wind on your face and immerse your self in the beauty of nature if you're allowed to. Otherwise even opening a window or being on your balcony will lift your spirit, pollution will be lower maybe this will help climate change.

I started to teach my students breathing techniques they could use to cope with the exam day and in preparation. When I started to receive call after call thanking me as this time they had passed the exam and were at last able to train for their dream profession, I knew that 'conscious breathing' was definitely a life changing skill.
I started researching and studying many modes of conscious breathing, movement with meditation plus pain management and have now been training my clients with these holistic therapies for 15 years. I have witnessed life changing transformations.
