When we are tired we crave immediate fulfillment, usually carbohydrates, sugar, something fast, we can't wait to sate the hunger. Then the circle begins. Deep breathing not only makes our organs work efficiently it increases the number of good cells that run our immune system which are again replenished when we sleep or take good quality rest vital to fighting viruses and critical illness.
