About Tricia Monk
I have been practicing Meditation, Mindfulness, Meditation &Movement and Conscious Breathwork for over 25 years and have been teaching for 10 years. What started as a tool to help my students overcome anxiety brought on by University examinations has become a passion to teach people a life changing tool to enable them to reach their full potential in Life, Work and Relationships.
Certified in Mindfulness for Pain Management -Breathworks UK and MCBT -British Mindfulness Institute, my study of Eastern Philosophy, Yogic Breathwork and Holistic Therapy is ongoing.
I have previously worked in the Corporate sector and the Film Industry in a creative capacity both highly stressed environments so I have a full understanding of the need for Stress reduction practices in the workplace.
